Our “Sembako” (grocery) food relief packages are one small way of giving the poorest in Bali food and everyday items we take for granted. We deliver these packs to remote villages twice a month in consultation with Village leaders who identify the most at need individuals within their communities, ensuring the relief gest to those most in need. 

“Sembako” comes from the Indonesian word for the number 9 sembilan + groceries, with “sembako” being the 9 essential items:

        1. Rice (5kg)
        2. Noodles (500g)
        3. Protein (eggs/tofu) (1doz)
        4. Vegetables (1kg)
        5. Cooking oil (2l)
        6. Sugar (1kg)
        7. Tea (1box)
        8. Coffee (1box)
        9. Hygiene Products  (including Toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, dishwashing and clothes liquid, shampoo etc).
